Sheila is responsible for driving digital technology transformation across Honeywell. Before that, Sheila was SVP and CIO at Symantec. Sheila is the recipient of multiple industry awards and recognitions, including a 2019 Women of Influence Award from Silicon Valley Business Journal and is the author of a book called You Are NOT Ruining Your Kids: A Positive Perspective on the Working Mom.

Fran Rosch

As CEO of ForgeRock, Fran brings 20+ years experience building and leading high-performing enterprise security and identity management teams. Fran joined ForgeRock from Symantec, where he was EVP & GM of the company's $2B+ Consumer Digital Safety segment; a continuation of his success as senior vice president of Authentication and Identity Management Services. Fran holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

Ralph is responsible for digital strategy and operations for Lumentum globally. Prior to Lumentum, Ralph served as CTO at Rodan + Fields. There, Ralph defined and advanced the company’s technology strategy and infrastructure to support its significant growth and to deliver user-friendly digital experiences.
